CTO
Robert Graff is responsible for product development and system operations. Before launching Goldstar, Robert was Director of Production for venture-backed Kiko Inc., and previous to that, headed Yahoo! GeoCities' Sales Production. Robert has more than 10 years experience in creating consumer products and is a graduate of UCLA.
CEO
Jim McCarthy focuses on business development through strategic marketing for Goldstar. Before launching Goldstar in February 2002, Jim was Vice President of Marketing for venture-backed Kiko, Inc., and previous to that developed highly successful sales products for GeoCities until its acquisition by Yahoo! in 1999. He has penned articles on e-commerce and niche marketing for such publications as E-Commerce Times, has been a featured lecturer at such conferences as InTix and Ticket Summit, and was invited to participate in the TED conference in 2008 and 2009. Jim is a graduate of the Anderson School at UCLA and Harvard University.
CFO and COO
Richard Webster is responsible for finance operations and the management of all ticket supplier relationships. Prior to founding Goldstar, Rich was Vice President of Business Development at Kiko Inc., and previous to that was an integral manager of manufacturing, logistics, and business development for a family-founded medical device company, now part of Biosense Webster, a Johnson & Johnson Company. He also had a successful career at Morgan Stanley and Co., Inc. Rich earned his MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA and his undergraduate degree from Stanford University.
